means you're overheating. when does it come on? have you checked your radiator fluid reservoir level?

Blink... I had my 7,000 mile service done 4 weeks ago and when riding it home it did the same thing. Took off the right fairing and noticed the overflow container was way below the Low level line. Then took the radiator cap off and "low and behold"... no antifreeze was detected at the radiator neck or down to the radiator itself. Called service they picked up the bike refilled the rad and overflow.... did a heat check.... oh my it wasnt leaking... they never refilled the darn thing when they did the valve service... nice eh?
