They will be direct fit and for sure brighter than stock but they won't last as long your stock bulbs do. Don't expect a deep bluish look, all headlights that say "Xenon Look" are referring to the brightness, not the color. Kelvin (K) temperature is an indicator on what kind of color it is. Expect a bright white with maybe a hint of very bright blue.
Here's a Kelvin chart if you're interested: |

thanks for the quick response, ok so out of these 4 what do you suggest. I would like something brighter, so i can be more visible to drivers and so I can see more of the road because i feel like the stocks dont really do much. I dont really care if these throw out blue if anything I would like them to be more white.

I'm running Nokya's hyper yellow 2.5K. I love them because I stand out and hardly anybody runs such yellow headlights..

Beware of lights that seem too cheap on eBay. I once bought new "Halogen" bulbs for my 250R and was sent regular bulbs dipped in blue dye!
Caveat emptor!

LED
I've had a 33w 6000k HID kit on my 08 250R for awhile now and they are worthless. I've added a pair of LED Mondomotos to the front which help a lot but they are ugly on the bike. So now I've been looking into LED H7 bulbs but I'm reading a lot of mixed reviews. I would hate to order a pair (ranging around $80 a pair) and the projection of light not be that great. Has anyone used LED H7's?
