I am going to be in Hawaii.... Anyone out there

I will be going to Hawaii 24 May to 4 June. My husband will be working during the weekdays. Anyone want to catch up???

I believe you mentioned in an earlier post that your husband was Air Force, going to Hickam AFB, so that would be Oahu. I would love to meet up with you and the other members of the Oahu chapter, BUT, I may already be gone. My job is moving me to socal in the next weeks.

Yes, I will be in Oahu, Honolulu to be exact. He will have the rental car. so I am sure you will be able to find me wondering around the beaches or city..LOL

so you are looking to do something during the weekdays while your husband is at work? during the weekend, you guys will be doing something together alone?

my usual schedule is mon-fri 8a-430p. sometimes i work sat 8a-12p. i am not on call that week. if i do work saturday, i am supposed to get thursday half day. however, we haven't been getting it lately since we are so short handed at work. if you guys want to do something after i get off work, or on the weekend, let me know. there is a killer view of diamond head (ask ninjabrewer) i could show you guys, but that place closes at 630 pm.

gotta warn you... i usually don't talk much when i first meet a person face-to-face.

Jamey... help the guys out. What is it that you would like to do?

I have a feeling if you let your interests be known, a good plan could be initiated. The Oahu guys are all great guys from my dealings with them and I'm sure they would be eager to help a fellow ninjette member, if they can.

We booked our hotel last night.. yeah!!! it's getting closer. My husband was showing me the island last night.. How to get around. Looks like I will only get the car a couple of days becuz he is working... Who is close the honolulu?

wrong outrigger. that is outrigger waikiki on the beach. i don't know why they make it so confusing.

i used to work in an urgent care clinic at outrigger waikiki (it isn't there anymore). after my evening shift, we used to go downstairs and drink at dukes sometimes. ok place.

we don't have our schedule yet for that week, but the 25th is a holiday...memorial day (will your husband have a day-off too?), so i should be off. if hzrnbgy is free that day, we can go riding that day and maybe grab something to eat after. i only know the city of where he lives. never actually met him before. but i suppose i could pack you there to go and pick up his other bike.

if he is busy, i guess i could just take you out to lunch or something? or... i don't suppose you would want to ride my bike while i follow/lead you with my car, huh? not as fun that way, but i don't think you would want to 2-up on my bike the whole time.

hopefully hzrnbgy (i don't even know his real name hehe) will chime in again. that monday will be my only free daytime-off day besides that weekend.

were you going to be bringing any gear?

night ride! although, i have no idea where to go at night that would be interesting. the only place that looks good at night is tantalus. although, that place is dangerous enough in the day. at night it is worse. might be ok as long as we take it slow.

if not, we can meet up with the mustangs and go out for dinner.

idk. i am not good at planning things. i like it when someone else plan's things and i just go with the flow.
