Weird bionic noise from brakes

That's the best way I can describe it. I can only hear it if I'm braking and the clutch is pulled in. Not quite sure what it is ? Just changed the pads

Inititally the brakes also made this affect of pulsing, but it quickly faded after about 50 miles. Now I rarely get a pulse, but sometimes I get the faintest feeling. It basically feels like a little wobble in the steering but there is actually no wobble.

Brake pads rubbing? Warped rotor? Maybe just extra noisy pads?

I have noticed that in the car some of the new anti-skid surfaces near junctions can generate an odd sound under braking almost like a shot wheel bearing. I guess with the clutch in you might just be able to hear that on a bike.

You said you just replaced the pads. DID You use OEM pads or get some HH pads? On my bike the HH pads cause a quite loud buzzing type sound and the wobble you had felt may have been the new pads bedding into the used/new rotor.

Not saying this is definetly the cause but the HH pads cause a little bit of noise from the holes in the rotor and the "pulsing" could be cause by the new pads slowly forming into the rotors. Should this be the case the sound should get a little louder and the brake power should get stronger as the pads totally seat to the rotor.

Took my HH pads forever to bed in and they still sound noisy when braking.
Probably didn't help having a new rotor for them to bed into, but now they feel awesome and stop the bike quickly.

Did you bed them? A couple hard stops should get it going...
