Any recommendations for 1157 LED Brake Light bulb replacement?

Hello all,

Has anyone tried:

from Custom Dynamics:
2" Direct Base LED Cluster
Features:
Dual Intensity
1157 Base
2" Diameter, 1 3/4" Overall Length, 1 1/8" Base Length
48 Genesis LEDs
Direct Base LED Cluster
Item: GEN-20-R-1157
Price: $34.99 ea

-OR-

from Radiantz:
1.85" 48 Red LED Direct base Cluster Fits 1157 Base Tail Light with a 2in Clearance
Direct Base Spec:
1-7/8in Diameter Total Length
Tip to Tip: 1-3/4in
Steam : 1-1/8in
Dual Intensity
Price: $29.99 ea

Will either choice fit? Any other recommendations? I've also purchased the "no-cut" brake light flasher already.

Thanks in advance!

i tried LED bulbs for the brake lights. the one i had was 60 LED. the running light was fine, but the light when the brake was activated was not bright enough.

i would like to find LEDs that perform better than the stock ones. for now, i will stick with the stock bulbs.

here is the one i bought. it was a 2 pack. i ended up returning them.

here are the before-after pics. the first pic is with no light on (obviously). the next 2 are the stock incadecent bulb with/without brake applied. the last two with the 60 LED bulb with/without brake applied.

if someone has some that are brighter than the stock bulbs, i would be really interested to know which one it is.

lol. i just cycled through the pics. you can see the yellow plastic bag moving around from the wind.
