I beat you by like a minute, Matt. Slow poke. hahahahahaha

More likely we are both wrong, but Broom brought up the rear with the same comment so I'd say we are right this time.

You never hear about black bike owners having to say how fast they are. We don't need to compensate for anything.

Ah... I did a quick search and got this.
It's from the manufacturer website.
"The DiGi can now also be supplied specifically for bikes fitted with a mechanical speedo."
I'll get some more info.

I wanted one of these also - I seen it on ebay though ... would be pretty handy if it worked and works properly with no bugs ... wonder how hard they are to be installed. Keep us posted.

With the Datatool or the Acumen gear indicators, you need to get the add-on speed sensor if you've got a bike with a cable-driven speedo:

Datatool (see last page):

http://www.datatool.co.uk/pdfs/cable_digi_ii.pdf

Acumen:

http://www.acumen-electronics.co.uk/...rade_Kit_30101

On either one, there are little magnets that go in the hex-key recesses of your front (or rear) brake rotor bolts and then you mount the sensor to pick up on those as they rotate around.
