Hmm, my suit is 50EU 40US so this would be 38US, about a medium? Going off of my suit it'd be a little snug but it would fit comfortably but I'm not sure how suit vs jacket sizes work.

Yeah it's 38US. I'd follow the dainese size chart. They're pretty spot on.
A 50EU suit fits me just right, 'cept the legs are too long due to my height

I'm going to see if I can find anyone local to me that has the same sized jacket to try it on with my stryker vest. My suit fits very snug with the vest though which made me realize that as an issue. Unless it has a built in back protector instead of a foam pad?

It has a pouch that has the ability to hold a dainese back protector as well as stretch panels to compensate for it, but no it doesn't currently have one.
