Thinking about buying a back protector and a new helmet

I'm thinking about ordering a Forcefield Pro Sub 4 back protector and replacing my Exo 700 with and Exo 1100 from RevZilla. I haven't found too much information on the forum about either. Anybody own this stuff and can tell the good, bad, and the ugly?

The EXO1100 from what I've seen and heard is a good helmet to upgrade to.

As for the back protector I have no idea...sorry

The Knox backprotectors are also pretty awesome. Try the EXO1100 on first. Feature wise it's a great helmet to jump to but the headshape may be different and that would suck to find out if you've already ordered it and worn it out on the road.

Unfortunately, I don't have a local place where I can try on either item. RevZilla has been pretty good in the past with sizing. I've read plenty of good about force field stuff but not much on the helmet. I'd really like to have the built-in shades because it's tough to cram my sunglasses inside my Exo 700. At least RevZilla will do returns without restocking fees and the first size exchange is free. I may step down to the Pro L2K back protector to ensure it fits under my jacket. The Pro Sub 4 is thicker and I'm afraid it might be a bit to much to still zip my jacket.

Get the Icon Field Armor vest. Not only does it provide you with back protection, but also has a hard molded plastic chest protector...plus it's cool looking (no wonder it's the squid's choice of protection ).

I ended up changing my mind on the Exo-1100 and ordered a second Exo-700 in hi-viz instead. I stuck with the Forcefield Pro Sub 4 though. Should be here next week.
