New Member from the Pacific NW.

What's up guys? Just joined the forum a day or two ago. I was waiting on the purchase of a bike before really posting anything, but I have already read through quite a bit of threads on here.

I'm from Oregon, around the Salem area. I just got a steal of a deal on my first bike. A 98 Kawasaki Ninja EX250R with 19000 miles for 160 dollars. That's right. 160 dollars. Craigslist FTW.

My brother and I went through and flushed the tank, blew out the petcock filters, and cleaned out the carbs. Tank was full of misc. materials and the carbs were pretty gunked up. A new battery later, and I have a running, driving bike with a Muzzy exhaust for 220 dollars. I'll post some pictures up tomorrow of her.

I've picked up a couple of Ninjettes off of Craigs list for very little money, but not that good of a deal.
