what are these spare wires

apologies for the many forum posts but ive been attempting to subdue the electrical gremlins, i found this black and white wire as well as black and yellow wire stemming from near the fuse box to by the handlebars and have no ide what they are supposed to piece in to

I don't see pictures.
Get a manual with a wiring diagram and look for your wires.
I use a PowerProbe 3 whenever I'm dealing with wiring. Touch a wire and the Probe tells you what it is. ....Neg or Pos. If it's hot it tells you the voltage. This thing has really been a help to me. Especially, fixing prior 'modifications'. Or, finding if a wire is grounding or running hot.
