oh, i replied just before getting the DHL bill, they gave me a discount on the insurance cost, and charged 1% on tax ($6.90, lol) so ill just leave it as it is. no additional costs from my end needed.

you guys just need to deal with the national shipping on that end now, or take the opportunity to go and visit Cough in person

best wishes to all, and i hope everyone is happy with their small purchase!

btw, painting the lip really makes the hugger look so much better! if anyone has the opportunity to do it, i would highly recommend it. i would take this hugger over the other fiberglass huggers any day. way lighter, much cheaper and flexible (wont crack/break). just all round a good deal

Almost there, Cuong hasn't been on here for awhile, he's probably been busy boxing them up for shipment.

That's cool. My PC was down for a bit, and I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything.

Yup, I was able to get boxes and cushioning for all the huggers now. Only problem was that the post office was closed everytime I get off of work. Tonight I can get measurements and the weight if people want to get online estimations to their location. It you let me know the amount or Paypal me by Monday, I can ship them that morning.

is that weight for everyone with just the hugger or is that kevheads weight?

so no chance it fits in a large flat rate box? when shipping larger items would UPS/Fedex be cheaper than USPS?

That's the size of the box to fit the hugger. I didn't see any flat rate shipping boxes that would fit the hugger. They're a lot bigger than I thought.

Just an FYI, it won't fit any of my backpacks. You can probably figure out a way to zip tie it to the tail, but it's a large item. If it makes it easier, I can drop it off to someone who lives closer to most Socal'ers since I'm fairly south.

Looks like $15 should cover shipping to 68528, any extra needed for packaging? Let me know and I'll get the money transferred to you.

I went to a recycling area in a mall, so got free packaging. I just need the costs of shipping.

S, it's easier if you get an estimate online from the dimensions so I don't have to make extra trips to the shipping center. For those that have PayPal-Ed already, I'll ship them out tomorrow morning and pm you your tracking #'s.

Coung: My shipment will include both mine and Vince's. Will the one box hold both since they stack?

Can we use either Fedex or UPS to ship? I'm not sure what's close to you. Both have similar pricing.

correct, USPS is a ripoff cause it's an "oversized" box. dhl, ups, fedex is definitely the way to go.

make sure you hit "display all shipping options". there is a link something like that. you will see the cheaper pricing options.

Yes, I can go to any shipping option that people want (except maybe DHL since not sure where to go for them). Jason, I have both yours and Vince's stacked in the same size box.

Cuong, I gifted you 25$ for UPS shipping. The site says it should be about 18$, you can keep the rest for your trouble.

Okay I gifted you $15 for shipping via UPS ground. Should be $12.48 but there is some extra for whatever reason.

Hey guys,
Let me know if you also want a signature requirement for the delivery or if you're ok with them just dropping it off. There is a $3.25 fee for signatures.

Jae,

It's $39 for the hugger plus shipping to the states and then the cost of stateside shipping to your location. PayPal to cuongism@gmail.com. Wayan is done with his part of the group buy so you don't owe him anything unless you want to gift him for his time.

For those that already PayPal-ed for shipping, I included the Direct Signature and I'll PM you your tracking #'s in a few minutes.

I'm ok with no signature. As I won't be home to sign, and hate it when it gets sent back. Tracking # is good enough.

Final payment sent.

I'm cool with no signature... actually prefer to have it left at my door if I'm not there.

Thanks!
