hard to tell that the headlight is tinted when the HIDs are on.

i once followed a police dodge srt with two HIDs on blasting at his rear view but he never pulled me over or something so i guess they dont care

its a PUIG racing windscreen

tin, to answer your question, yes they are illegal. they would probably not pull him over for it, but if for some reason he gets pulled over for another reason, then they may ticket him for the tinted headlights and HIDs at that time as well.

It's my New Driver sign (BC has graduated licensing) - unfortunately it's a giant "L". If I pass my road test at the end of June, I upgrade to "N" for 2 years.

I used to have a full-length Micheal Keaton Batman costume and a Predator costume that I wore at just as the sun is going down on the way home from work in the cooler months. You'll never believe how many looks you get when your cape/dreads are flapping behind you as you pass them in traffic.

I always imagined what would happen if I got pulled over, haha. If I were predator, should I growl at the officer? If I were Batman should I just vanish as he turns his back?
