What is your favorite hollywood movie motorcycle scene?

What title says!

For me I would have to say a scene in Tron Legacy with the Ducati Sport 1000. Video below. Enjoy!

not a fave but when Tom Cruise (Top Gun) is riding the Ninja 900 as the jets are taking off above always seems cool, or when Rambo knocks the guy off the 2 stroke dual purpose bike and is getting chased by the Sheriff.

This is going to be lame considered to you guys' choices, but my favorite scene in a movie is when Bruce Wayne rides the MV Agusta in "The Dark Knight." Just seeing that beautiful bike is awesome.

Why is it in movies, helmets take like 1 second to remove? It takes me atleast 3 seconds to get that thing off. Especially with the stupid Dring straps.

That's one of my favorites too! Well, for a big blockbuster-type movie.

I also really like Easy Rider even though they rode without any gear. It's a sad story, but very moving.

The motorcycle scene that blew America away was from a 1960's movie, the Great Escape...Steve McQueen , escaping from a prison camp jumps this Triupmh ( maybe an NSU ?) over a giant barb wire fence as the Nazis shoot at him and yell at him in german.
It was like nothign compared to modern stunting but every patron at every movie in every town, every time it was shown went wild.

Gonna have to go with Tron & Matrix Ducati scenes for my faves, with Great Escape and Top Gun scenes a close second for classic motorcycle love.

I would say Top gun. But for you new kids I will say the Augusta from Dark Knight.

I was going to buy the F3, if available in the US, but for the price and looks I will do the 848 Duc.

That scene in the matrix has always bugged me. Even in the hands of a squid, that duc should absolutely BLOW away all those crown vic's that the police are driving, and seeing as Trinity is a professional in just about everything that you can think of when she's in the matrix, she should be able to haul

Some of the ones around here do. I thought CA was supposed to have mostly hot girls over there. Remember the Beach Boy song "California Girls"? I figure they must have named it that for a reason.
