Question about new boots and one piece I got

Hi guys, I bought a Shift Vertex one piece (http://www.motorcycle-superstore.com...ther-Suit.aspx) for $300 and a size 10.5 SMX-Plus boots for $80 off craigslist yesterday.

The suit is a size 50(M/L) and I'm 5'10 about 160 pounds. I've never tried on any other one piece on before, but this one is very snug. I went for a short 40 minute ride and love the suit, but found I definitively couldn't move like I can with kevlar jeans on. The suit is pretty much brand new, the guy I bought it from only wore it 3 or 4 times. Is the suit just not broken in? Also, if I wanted to stick a back protector in it, would it make it even more snug?

I have another question about the boots. I'm about a size 9 or 9.5 foot. My shift street boots are a size too big but haven't been a problem. But with these I've noticed it's kind of difficult to shift. The boots are pretty worn, they had two owners and I think one of the owners may have gone down in them. Does it just take some time to get used to boots, because of the increased thickness?

50 US or 50 Euro? I hope it's not a 50 US cuz that may be a bit too small/tight for your height.

As for the boots size...you got tiny feet for your height. And you know what they say about small feet. I know cuz I'm small.

I think it's 50 Euro. It doesn't say. But that translates to a 40" chest in US, and a Large in US is 40-42.
And yeah I have small feet

It will take some time to get use to the feel of shifting in boots. Finding that median where you feel comfortable with upshifting/downshifting and where to place your feet will take you probably 1 very long ride or 2 -3 short rides.

The biggest issue i found was translating how much brake i wanted when rear braking. Once that was figured out, it was good to go.

Note: I also own a pair of SMX-Plus (new model).

Race suits are suppose to be very snug, it should fit like a second layer of skin. When you go down if it is too loose the armor will move around and out of its place. It is going to feel WAY different than having jeans on, the idea is for it to be snug so when you slide across the pavement the friction doesn't pull the armor out of its place.

I am 5'10 and 140ish and wear a size 48 euro in my Rev'It suit which is almost perfect for me, I could use a little more chest room though with the back protector in but at your weight and height the 50 should be perfect, especially with the back protector in

and 300 is a damn good price for that suit, its a very good suit
