Carb Sync Screw Replacement?
Hope this is the right section for this.
I was taking apart my carb to be cleaned and "rebuilt", turns out the carb sync screw is missing. Where can I get a replacement of any sort? I don't mind if it's ghetto, as long as it works. |

I think it's a 4x18 screw? I'm really not sure. Check the parts diagram that I posted above, and then go to the hardware store to get the right sized screw. |

I'm looking at that diagram and unfortunately not seeing anything that could be carb sync related. The 4x18 screw looks like it goes somewhere else. =/ I'm probably wrong though.

The carb sync screw is the screw in that little bracket that connects the two butterflies. Its job is to make the difference between the two butterflies adjustable.
You're correct, I was wrong. That screw size I posted was not the right one. It was one on the carb caps that holds the choke bracket. The one you was is part # 92001-1998 (BOLT,THROTTLE ADJUST) |

It's not a specialty part, just a metric machine screw. Go to a hardware store and get one foe 50 cents

HA! so turns out the screw hole as stripped. It is infact an m4 screw .70 pitch threading like all the others. I think I bought too long of a screw though lol. Thanks guys.
