Side mirror moves down at high speeds! Help!

So I have a ninja 2010 with stock side mirrors and the right one always moves down when I ride anywhere from 30mph and up. The wind pushes against it.

As you can imagine it is fustrating having to push it back into place only for it to move down again. Not only is it fustrating but its dangerous also not being able to see anything behind me unless I look back.

Is there a way I can tighten the side mirror? It is secure in the base, its only the stick and base connection that seems to be loose. Any help would be great. I wouldn't want to find replacements.

There's a little round adhesive pad on the base that the mirror stalk protrudes from, below that there's a bolt (think it's a cross head but may be a hex) tighten that down & it should keep it in place

But don't tighten it too much to the point where you can't adjust the mirrors or fold them in (if you have to squeeze the bike in a really tight spot).

It might be different for the new gens, but the pregen has two bolts. One for the mount and one for the mirror. Is the mount loose or only the part after the elbow?
