I personally think the 2013 zx6r is sexy as hell, how sexy you ask? well if I had motorcycle parts down there i would totally have motorcycle sex with it and have baby zx6r's with it. Then I would make my 250 have sex with my zx6r offspring and create one hell of a hybrid!......crap I think I just crossed the line.

Jiggles I am in love with the FZ1 is it better then then the ninja 1K I am not sure. Getting g mine for 4k makes it so for me. I will note that when I test ride the newer FZ1s I was not as impressed but I think the older ones have gotten better reviews from riders for a reason. So to sum up if you are getting new get a ninja 1k if you are getting a used one get a gen 1 fz1 |

I'm surprised they'll insure you for something so big given you've written off two bikes in less than a year!
If that were here they'd take a sip of their coffee, sit back in their chair and say "yeah. no... yeah" |

Well my rates will likely go up from the most recent one but the first one wasn't my fault so they can't hold it against me

Did you get a chance to try the K1300S? Have one all picked out? I look forward to hearing how you like it. I keep missing the BMW demo days at my local dealership but hope to make it this year. My work schedule has always interfered with it and the Ducati demos. That might be a good thing for my bank account though

Haven't ridden it yet. The guy is delivering it to me from 4 hours away. We are going to meet at a BMW shop and have them do an inspection, if it checks out then I'm buying it tomorrow

Well, my friend's accident in my car is causing me to lose my "safe driver discount" even though I wasn't driving and the accident is not on my driving record. Granted, I expected the rate increase because it goes on my claims history and they see risk in me having lent him my car, but I did not expect to lose my safe driving discount. Are you sure your under-insured claims in the prior accident didn't increase your rates?

Not saying they will, but I spoke with my agent since I was concerned about having had 2 incidents in less than a year and I was told that because both were ruled the other driver's at-fault I'm not at risk, HOWEVER if there's an incident where another driver is not found at fault (e.g. no fault or my own) then they can then bring the previous claims into the picture. Not as bad as the previous ones also being my fault, but still raising the rates even more than just that one.

Sigh, fine, I guess the BMW k1300 is okay. But I still think you should have gone for the Versys. It's the only naked thing I would ever want to see associated with the Jigs.

Amen Jeff. There's a certain amount of pride in buying a bike and knowing that it's broken in correctly and that it's been maintained perfectly, but the price difference is huge. You just have to shop around a little bit to find the right bike from the right owner.
