Ninja 250 stalls when giving throttle

Hello everyone newbie here.

So long story short I had a crash because of some truck dropping 2 by 4 all over highway. I was merging onto highway (luckily I survived). The bike was dropped on the right side.

Just two days before the crash I had the bike serviced (It was making a ticking noise) and the cam chain tensioner was changed to a manual one. The service also include a re-jet of the carb. This solved the ticking noise.

After the crash the bike would make the same noise and would stall after giving throttle. The exhaust air smells bad.

My questions are:
Since the bike falls on the right side would a damaged exhaust pipe affect how the bike runs?
I went through a few shop asking for a fix, they all said I might need to re-jet, is it true?

I doubt your exhaust has to do with the stalling. Have you been able to look at the carb yet? Make sure all the connections are intact and correct. Also, how does the bike run at idle? Are the RPMs okay?

The bike will start and sits between 1 and 2. The bike starts fine but after warming up the ticking noise would start and dies on throttle.

In that case, definitely check out your carb connections (all ends). I had a similar problem with my bike after I cleaned my carbs the first time. Turns out I connected the cables incorrectly.

What happens if you have the choke full "on" and you give it gas slowly?

Are all the fairings on? Airbox in tact? Air Filter clean?

I can't tune my 250 without the tail and seat on because it changes the air flow enough that it runs like crap as soon as you touch the throttle.
