Blue? Serious? come on even the red one is faster then the blue! it goes Green-Black-Red-Blue Green the fastest and blue the slowest. I thought this was common knowledge.

I know green is the fastest... and every other color is slower. they can fight over second place if they want to.

I hate to be the spoiler but;

Green=Kawasaki

Blue= Suzuki with yellow, or Yamaha

Red= Honda, Ducati

This is why Green is the fastest for Kawasaki!!!!!

You might be on to something. I wonder if your choice of color is a signal for what other brand of bike you are attracted to.

I have a Red 250, and I'm attracted to CBRs and RSVs.

My cousin has a Blue 250 and is obsessed with Yamaha and Suzuki, like you say.

Probably not, as I don't care for Suzuki other than they still make a 750. I do like Yamaha's R1 though. I'm a Ducati man myself, but I would prefer the Corse color scheme on an 1198 or the white on the 848.

Besides, we all know blue is the hottest color out there, so let's stop kidding ourselves, shall we?

The 7th? Of June? Wow, man I can't imagine how you are coping. If you have the gear and a safe way to do some parking lot practice, that might hold you over.

It's a Kawasaki, they always say "ride green". That's why they put a few extra ponies in the green se.

I have a permit and all the gear I need but being military I'm not aloud to touch it without the course but I still can't resist but I have the tail light and fender off working on it so that keeping me from getting in trouble. I still have about 2 week to wait but once that's done I will be legal and ready to go

I don't understand... the military doesn't write or enforce traffic code. Is this just for on base, or a military regulation (different from law)?

I read about 2 years ago the military had some campaign about sport bikes and safety, after recognizing a higher fatality rate on sport bikes vs. the general population's fatality rate on sport bikes... I wonder if this is related to that.

That handbook is for the army and just an example. They have their own regulations which require a lot more protection than legally required in states (motorcycle gloves, bright/reflective garments, etc). There are also inspections of the bike.

When I visited Cazper in Camp Pendleton, he did warn me they'll ask for my MSF card upon entering the base. I was pulled over and told that I couldn't wear earphones either. They are protecting their investment in their people.
