Currently I have the stock ninjette windscreen but I just purchased a new one that I am going to trade with @setasai for his double bubble.

I have the double bubble. It really only makes a significant difference when in at least a partial tuck.

How do you like it? do you have pictures?
I currently rock the stock one. Ebay has the Chinese double bubble for $25. I'm looking for sport touring windscreen so winter riding is more pleasant.

I like it. I got it for the cold season, I was deciding to get the touring shield or this lip but end up with this lip, cause an awesome ninjette member sold it to me for cheap. It sure has a huge difference with the stock one, (I took my friend's ninja around the highway the other day, and I was tucked in as shet and I can still feel the cold wind....) I just don't know if there's a huge difference with the double bubble shield (I have one too)

I have the Puig double bubble, while it doesn't offer a huge amount of wind protection while sitting straight up(but does deflect wind high enough so that I no longer get hit right under the chin), I can now fit in the air pocket when fully tucked, whereas with the stock I could not. So for me it makes a huge difference when i'm riding on a cold morning to work, and if it's hot in the afternoon I just sit up and enjoy the breeze.

Stock windscreen is ok for me, I'd like the sport touring one, but I'm a little afraid to get it and find out that it puts wind right in my face or something :/

I first got the idealhere 22$ shipped windscreen, perfect when lying on the tank but when i sat right it send me all the air and the moskitos on my helmet. It was funny, I made pictures of my helmet screen fully covered in moskitos.
Then I got the new ermax double bubble windscreen (the one with the hole in it). Just perfect and a much better look. |

Just a little hole, they say it prevents too high pressure difference that can suck you into the windscreen (push you down) and allows more wind protection with a less big windscreen. |

Cool! Love the color too. You should tape up the hole and see if there's a difference.

I'm in france, ermax is a french brand so you can order their product anywhere here (but they sell to the US, canada, all europe and even china trough importators). But in fact I had them for free, ermax was looking for a 250r to create their products so I lent my ninja to them and they offered me the fender eliminator, blinkers and windscreen.
So it's my ninja on the picture but I asked them to offer me the smoked windscreen instead of the green one they first intended to give me. |

I have a ZG DB currently installed and I am amazed on the difference between the stock. I will have a hard time going back to the stock windscreen.

I had a zero gravity on my 07 and as soon as I got my '12, I knew the first thing I had to do was get a double bubble. So I picked up a Hotbodies and not only does it look awesome, but it works well as well.

I have a stock that got fouled up when I removed the previous owner's stickers. Now I have to resticker it OR get a new one....the double-bubble's seem popular, but are they going to cause the wind to hit me in the head (buffeting) at low speeds (25-40mph)? I didn't know if they were more for high-speed cruising or what. The stock one seems fine, though there is a lot of wind in the face (I'm 5'10", with a giant non-aerodynamic head).

I've got the Zero Gravity Sport Touring windscreen and I love it. It's definitely not as sporty looking as the other styles, but the wind hits me about half way up my helmet in a relaxed riding position, and if I do even a half-assed tuck on the highway, I'm pretty much out of the wind. As a bonus, I have plenty of room for both my Fast Lane toll transponder and my GPS!

I have the Puig double bubble in dark smoke... I managed to get mine for $30. I happen to like it a lot, it looks good and if you are in a tuck it diverts a good amount of wind. In the normal riding position (I'm 6'2") it puts the majority of wind in my chest/chin area instead of stomach/chest with the stock screen.

I'm looking for a double bubble in red. In my searches, I found that Hotbodies has a 'GP' windscreen in red. It looks just like a double bubble to me, is it the same thing just a different name or is it actually different?
Also, how much better is a double bubble compared to the stock one? |

Sean and I swapped windscreens so I now have the sport touring and he has my double bubble. I like the sport touring. It has a very different look and amazing coverage for wind protection. I think it looks great on my bike since I also have hard sidecases to add to that touring look.

This is true.
You forgot to put DIY shimming, snorkel removal, and exhaust (idk re-angler????) into your signature

Well I would argue that since the exhaust mod protects your givi cases that it is applicable. Also shimming and snorkel removal increase the overall performance of your bike, making it easier to Sport Tour

I just looked up those Ermax windscreens… they look nice! But $99 before shipping seems steep…

Mines stock and painted black. I don't really tuck that far down so no worries on visibility I just didn't like it clear.
