99 Chicken Restaurant has the most ridiculous policies

Went here for dinner last night and it had the most ridiculous list of policies.

Fyi, their chicken comes in increments of 10 pieces (min $15). There is a 5 piece option but that is for TOGO ONLY. There is also a 16 small piece dish but I wasn't sure if that counts as the minimum 15pieces since we had 3 people there and these were specified as "small" pieces. Also, the chicken are drumsticks (big legs) and wings (whole wing including mini-drumstick).

If you order 3 or more plates of stuff you sit at the large tables. If you order 2plates or less, you sit in the smaller tables. Yes, they actually make you move if you sit at the large table and decide to order only 2 plates of stuff. We moved back and forth 4 times.

The whole thing was more comical than anything. Would I go back? Yea probably. The food wasn't bad and the salad bar was unlimited if you dine-in so I enjoyed it overall. We ended up taking home 4 chicken legs so 15 pieces is about right for 3 people. A shame we couldn't order in increments of 5.

Anybody else experience weird rules and restrictions to places they've been that makes eating out complicated or difficult but in a comical way?

No cell phone policy as in no talking on cell phones or no using it for facebook and yelp and all the other annoying social media based sites that people with smartphones now use?

I think just no obnoxious cell phone use in general. One place has a wall of shame they put your name on if you get caught.
