Really? I loved the food at my school. I remember when I would get pasta with some meat sauce... cut corn or carrots with a side of milk or juice and some bread. Other times there was meatloaf. It was delicious to me. I never had the urge to get chips or pizza. Everytime it was my turn, the lunch lady would always smile and ask me "extra everything again?" and I'd be like yup! Everything being the normal menu. Pizza and other foods were considered extra cost.
Sigh I miss those days. So yummy all for $1.50. Come to think of it. I think the portions were large enough even for me NOW. |
