Tall rider(s)

Recently while riding in to a parking lot, I got compared to a giant on a tricycle. I'm 6'3 & 160lbs.

I'm usually quite comfortable on my 250, but sometimes I wonder if I am too tall for the bike, or if there are any adjustments that could make the bike more tall-friendly especially while shifting.

So 2 questions:

How many of you out there are over 6'?

...and for those of you who are, any tips?

6'3" here and my bike is still stock in regards to controls. I fit reasonably well but I'm thinking of making some rearset adjustment plates that move the rearsets straight back an inch or so.

I also tend to sit as far forward as possible to get my knees further down so they dip past the ridge in the tank.

If you're comfortable, you're fine. If you're not, there are ergo fixes that might make the bike more comfortable.

Great website for getting a good visual on how any changes would affect your riding position... http://cycle-ergo.com/

I'm 6'2, 220lb. I've had various "full size" bikes in the past, but opted on one of these for local commuting. I've not had it out for further then a 10mi ride, nor have I exceeded 55mph as of yet, but for my purposes it suits me well... practicality supersedes how I look on it, personally.
