Removing Camshaft Caps

I'm trying to remove the camshaft caps to adjust my valves and they won't budge, it's like they're welded in place. Same with the piece the chain guide bolts into. I've removed four bolts from each cap, and the four bolts in the chain guide. Did I miss something? There's zero movement in the caps, not the slightest wiggle. Any help is appreciated.

Solved it. The piece that the chain guide bolts to had loosened unevenly. I screwed one of the bolts back into it until it snapped back level, then everything pulled off pretty easily.
