Dan Moto legal to use?

Hey guys I just bought this dan moto carbon gp exhaust from their website, It says "warning: not to be used on roads, only intended for closed courses and racing vehicles" does that mean it is illegal for use on roads or something? I don't believe this to be the case since I think it's a pretty popular entry level aftermarket exhaust.

Also, has anyone bought something from the dan moto website? I'd like a idea of how long the free shipping is since it doesn't say. Thanks a lot guys!

And one last thing, if someone could tell me if it comes with a baffle, and if they think it sounds better with or without it, that would be nice. Thanks!

Yes, technically it's not legal. But most of the time it'll pass inspection and policeman won't hassle you. If you see one just don't rev it too high, keep the noisd down. My Yoshi isn't legal.

All aftermarket exhausts are not supposed to be used on the street.

They don't come with baffles; you need to order it separately.

Really no aftermarket exhaust is legal - no dot rating.

My 300 used to have a catalytic converter. Now it doesn't, haha Area P FTW. Obviously not technically street legal though. Shhhh, don't tell the EPA.

I have an HMF exhaust on mine. Its nice and throaty, but its actually respectfully quiet. Enough to hear from 40-50 yards away, but not at all obnoxious or loud. Im not sure if it has a baffle in it or not, but it passed inspection regardless. Its quieter at idle than most 600cc and 1000cc bikes with stock exhausts.
