Turn Signal Bulb?

Hi guys! In the middle of a ride today, I realized that my left front turn signal wasn't working. The previous owner installed flush-mount signals, and in testing the problem I (foolishly) tried to remove the working bulb from the right socket to test the left. In my brilliance I broke the other bulb, and found out the left bulb was broken.

Conclusion: I need two new bulbs.

I went to a few autoparts stores, but they didn't have anything, and I cannot seem to find anything online. The bulbs are 12v 10w, and (the kicker) have an amber color to them. The glass on the signals is clear. I picked up a few clear bulbs (Sylvania 5008) just so that I have working signals, but for obvious reasons I would like to get properly colored bulbs in there.

Anyone have an idea of where I could find such bulbs? Has anyone had a similar issue in the past?

I went to my local motorcycle shop and had them order them. It took like 3 days but I got them for like, $4.

Until you find amber bulbs, do it ghetto style; color the bulb with orange sharpie.

I found LED bulbs on superbrightleds.com that fit in my asiancycle flushmounts.

Autozone/Pepboys/Advance Auto Parts don't have the right bulbs.

Ebay could work, but I'm not sure what to look for.

Thread is tl;dr but I think someone mentioned that you have to order the amber bulbs for the turn signals if you're running clear lenses because the auto parts stores don't carry them?? Well I just installed clear rear lenses and bought a pair of 1156A LL (Long Life) amber bulbs from advanced auto parts for $5 and they fit snug......

Just thought I'd share!

Dude really? That's not even relevant. TBC is looking for lightbulbs for his flushmounts, not his rear signals.

What's the point of being on a text-based forum if you're not willing to at least skim the first post?

I didn't skim because I had already read it in the past and I was browsing other threads. How is my post not relevant to someone looking for amber colored bulbs for their turn signals? No need to be a dick over the internet.

His flushmounts don't take (and won't fit) 1156's. They are also not rear signals. You posted about rear signals that we all know fit 1156's. Not relevant.

@TBC can you post a picture of the bulb? I have an old broken flush mount (that I wish I had the model name or number of, but oh well) that has a working amber bulb in it.

Edit: looked at the slyvania 5008, guess it's not this bulb then:

I don't have the bulbs here, so I can't take a photo. But I just ordered some online that will hopefully fit - I'll update this when I get a chance to check.
