Found this bike online when I was looking at dual sport bikes. Think we'll ever see it in the USA? Think it will get some variant of the CBR300 engine? Would it just be more likely to convert a CRF250L and be done with it?

I'm still interested by small sumo's...

Doubt it'll ever make it over here. I'd just covert a dual sport and be done with it.

OEM M wheels can be purchased if desired - not sure if its a reasonably cost effective route - but they are available

Just buy a drz supermoto. Getting a set of wheels made is going to run you $1500 no matter how you cut it. And the thing is that supermotos have horrible aero so over 60 they aren't fast.

That built CRF450sm I rode at the track felt surprisingly not fast. Oh yea and the head shake on the straights was really unnerving.
