Reminds me of the 60's when the rule of thmb for your "rod" was if it attaches to the car with nuts and bolts "chrome it". Didn't go any faster but it sure shined

Received my candy red muffler with a gold turndown today! Looks cool as hell. I also ordered a quiet core and spark arrester. I will post pics once I get it on the Red Scare. Also got a K&N filter and jet kit with it for $400. Took one day of shipping. Super cool deal.

I bought mine on ebay from this store. Very easy to deal with, great communication and they even threw in an upgraded part and installed it for free.

Very nice looking exhaust dude!

I love how you can view many diff color options from their site!

makes colorschemes easier to decide.

Red/Red i really like for my bike!

and id prefer the Vector Tip, the turndown style looks odd IMO!

any idea on why you can choose from 2 tip styles?

Id imagine the turndown type, will allow less water to drip down into your muffler! (if your at a friends house and it does a quick 5min rain on your bike)

vs the vector one!

Let us know if the Stock chrome Heatshield will bolt onto that w/o any mods!

Post a sound test if you can/video going down the street!

I like the sound of the 2 Bros racing (Sugarbear's), but HMR looks much cleaner and Sexier!

Had to slice the pipe a bit as the exhaust was the same size as the header, but I got it on and must say it looks pretty bad ass. Haven't started it up yet to hear it. I installed thier quiet core and spark arrestor so it will hopefully be a bit muted.

Started it up and I am very happy! Very throaty, but not loud at all. Sounds a lot like my Buell Lightning did. Very excited to get it out on the road.

Nice looking man!

was the muffler Tip (Gold) included with the muffler, or did ya pay extra?

The tip was extra. I actually ordered a gold turndown (so it would be quieter) but the dealer had some of these and gave me one instead. Much better looking than the turndown or the vortex they offer (actually it's the same shape as the stock end) and the pipe is quiet enough with the core.

Very nice system! If it were me though, I would've gotten the red carbon. That's an awesome can right there!
