Hybrid Bicycle?

Check out this Hybrid bicycle made by Sanyo. Looks like you get the best of both worlds. One step up from a moped.

I can only imagine how heavy they feel. It doesn't look like low weight either.

I'll keep my little Trek 1.5 (MSRP $1200) and smile when it comes to maintenance costs compared to that thing. Not to mention, exercise is good for you! "Little effort by the rider"? Since when have we feared sweat?

Well, not us, we ride motorcycles, we know sweat.

I saw a little 8 year-old-ish kid on an electric scooter on Christmas Day, and I was shocked. It is like everything needs to be done for us these days. I guess people who work out and exercise are a dying breed. LOL

/end rant

Well the bike is not totaly electric. you do have to pedal to charge the battery so I guess it would give a work out with a break in between.

Well that is true. Better some than none!

I have to give props to them for making a hybrid bike that is so compact and also AWD.
