Actually I just popped in to invite some ninjettes on a group ride. Pretty much everyone I knew with a 250 sold it for a bigger bike..so I don't really come here much. I get my fill of dirty ninja **** talk at the track on the weekends. I've missed 26'441 unread post since my last visit.. real bummer....I did however just find that little pop up that says "mentioned you" over on the top right. So I was reading through the threads that mentioned my user name and I came across this little gem. I should have noticed this was a old thread and let it stay dead. My bad on that one. Ninjette riders... So sensitive about your iddy biddies. You do stick together though. Ill give you that. Good one on calling me a douche. So creative! I know not to mess around with you. Ill get a verbal lashing for sure.

Actually those 26,000 posts are from the last 30 days and your attitude towards smaller cc bikes is misguided at best. I considered explaining it to you, but why bother? No one has ever become less ignorant on the internet. And actually, I don't have a 250, in fact many people on this site don't have a 250, yet they would still defend them, care to take a guess why? Oh and the simpleness of my one word comment was enough to get under your skin elicit your response, successful

I own a 250. Its not that hard of a concept to grasp. My attitude is towards dude quoting me out of context. Follow the thread jiggles. Control the ADD, don't let it control you. Yes, lots of dumb things are said here. The ninjette is seen by many as a bike for people without riding experience, and I'm guessing our average age (despite me, sailariel, greg and others dragging it upwards) is pretty low compared to other bikes. However, one of the things I used to see as a source of pride here was how noobs can come in an ask dumb questions, or say dumb things, and learn in a way that was different than other ninjette sites where traditionally they'd be ridiculed.

Rather than trash stupid comments, we should be focused on trying to respectfully educate the people who make them. Flame wars, bickering and insults is the only place this thread is going, and it won't help the overall feel of the forum.

New to riding and 2 cars smack dab from getting my ninjette inspected, I put it in nuetral and put down the kickstand to wait, Then when I went to go after putting it in first... The bike shuts off.... Somehow got it to go (obviously putting the kickstand up but unbeknownst to me) Scared SH@#less tha it would happen again the bike passed inspection and I made it.... LOL only on one of my old forums did someone tell me about the kickstand switch....
