I'm only interested in the risers. How much for those? I lowered my bike yesterday and I'm not digging the suspension and handling as of now but I love being able to flat-foot it. These would be my last attempt before I put it back to stock.

What do you not like about handling? does it feel like a cruiser? or how you imagine one would feel.

when you lower the back but not the front, the angle of the forks with the road is increased a little, and makes the bike turn-in slower (or resist turn-in more, whichever way you want to say it). Little changes (an inch) make large differences.

Quick turn-in is a good thing on a sport bike. I see why she is not happy with her handling.

She could probably raise the forks into her stock handles just enough to bring things back to normal... depending on how much she lowered.

Not so much that it feels like a cruiser; it's very spongy and bouncy. It was a very smooth ride before the adjustment. Also, it seems to be more difficult to turn and I could feel every little pebble/bump in the road.

My husband adjusted the links to about 3/4 inches & tightened the spring. It is MUCH better! After looking, it was probably lowered about 1.75 inches before.

I don't think I'll need the risers anymore. I don't plan to keep it lowered forever; just until I gain some more confidence.
