Meet my mistress

Black 2009 Ninja 250R...After searching for a month...I picked her up on sunday for 2800 with 1053 miles. Seller said that you HAD to drive with the choke half way or else it would die...lol...so upon leaving his place i pulled over and adjusted the idle screw then proceeded to turn off the choke and head home. on monday i took care of the title transfer and insurance. tuesday i took her to get her oil changed and front and back brake fluid flushed. the funny thing is when i was driving to do the oil change, i heard the famous tank noise...she was saying "yyyaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy"..hahaha...you see, i had her since sunday and i convinced her to take her clothes off already!

...custom DIY fender chop and i think she looks that much more sexy now

yes, i have already gave her a name...Vida (vee*dah)...named her after a model - vida guerra..she's curvy and petite too..like the ninjette is petite compared to ZX-6R and so forth...any ways..enough of the blabbing...here she is

thanks guys...yes black muffler is up next. as for mods...i did my own DIY fender eliminetor last night...next up is a black muffler, no-cut brake light module, tank protector, K&N filter, snorkel removal, and needle shim...dont know how long gonna take me to do those, but thats it for now..down the line a rear set relocation bracket kit, frame sliders, spools, and rear stand....

Sweet! And a great price. Funny about the idle problem. Would've thought the previous owner would've figured it out themselves by reading the owner's manual or the very least on a forum like this.

no...when i checked, that link no longer worked....i just have came back to town after picking up an Alpinestars jacket and decided to check CL..i saw nothing...then clicked on a sale thread for "helmet, jacket, gloves, etc..." i was curious what the etc was....sure enough it was a bike...when i called i was the second caller..1st caller would not make it till 8, i told um i wanna see it ASAP, and 30 mins later i test drove her and talked a bit then traded keys, papers and cash...soon after that i was riding Vida home

you should have negotiated the price a bit lower since the bike "has to have the choke half way" and you would need to get it repaired.

congrats. that is the same year and color i had. so you heard the tea kettle noise.... now you just gotta hear the backfire, which will happen at the quietest possible time. lol. scared the crap out of me the first time my bike did it.
