There are a few lights that illuminate the cluster. Are they all out? Or is it just one area of the cluster?

To get to the lights, you have to get behind the cluster. To get behind the cluster, you have to take the upper faring off. Then you will be able to see all of the wires and plugs going into the back of the dash. Pull each one of the plugs out of the back of the cluster until you identify the burnt bulb(s). Not sure exactly which ones are for the illumination so it may take a small bit of trial and error.
