Selling 32GB iPod Touch (current/latest generation)

My brother is selling his iPod Touch with our eBay account. It's never been taken out of his home since the day it was brought there from the store and has seen VERY little use. It still has a perfect scratch-free mirror finish thanks to being enclosed in the included case as soon as it was taken out of the box. He pretty much just used it to remote control his HTPC when the keyboard/mouse wasn't available and he even usually used his iPhone 4 for that instead.

Additionally, it's registered in the Apple Developer Program and gets access to early iOS releases and such. He'd spend a day or two each year playing around with that stuff on the iPod instead of his phone, usually because he didn't want to give up his phone's jailbreak.
