West Virginia Highland Scenic Highway

Saturday, me, my husband, our son and a friend rode the 150 miles from northern WV down to the Highland Scenic Highway (and 150 miles back). The entire trip was great: great weather, nice roads and plenty of twisties. The scenery on the Scenic Highway was amazing. I would highly recommend this ride to anyone in the area. The scenic highway is a 2-lane that is closed to truck/delivery traffic and does not have residences off of it. We saw many groups of motorcycles traveling. I'm posting some pictures of the views, but the pictures can't show how colorful and amazing they are.

great shots, this time of year is definitely beautiful in the NE US. Makes me want to slow down, cruise and enjoy the views.

I don't think I'm a lot dumber than you thought that I think that I thought I was once.
