Kawasaki zz250 body work
So I’m have a bear of a time trying to find a front fairing for a 2005 250r. But I’m told that overseas it was called a ZZ250. Well I can find loads of body work for the ZZ250. To me, it’s looks about the same, except on my bike the front fairing and side pices are all one piece while the ZZR looks like it’s a nose and two side pices.
So, has anyone tried using the ZZ250 bodywork on the American in Port 250 (2005)??? |

Not even close. ZZR250 has aluminium perimeter frame. EX250 has steel backbone frame. Look at the holes where the bodywork mounts to frame and they don't line up. You can always weld brackets to EX250 frame to hold ZZR250 bodywork. Heck you can fit any body you want that way.
Check this out for pre-gen EX250 bodywork http://www.airtech-streamlining.com/...2501988-06.htm |

Thanks!
At least this gets me closer. I think I’ll try one of the ABS fix kits first. He wants to repaint it satin black anyway and the crack is not that bad. Mostly just road rash Craig |

You can also utilize plastic-welding. Then put down layer of fibreglass over crack on backside. Or carbon-fibre if you're concerned about weight.
