hopefully looking to buy a ninja 250r help?

I'm James, 16 years of age, going to be 17 in january, and in England, you can take an A2 test at 17, which lets you ride anything restricted to 33bhp, well the ninja 250r is just little short of 33bhp (correct me if I am wrong) so no restriction is necessary. Which is handy.

I'd really like a black and red version (to match current gear), and like the idea of a akrapovic exhaust, sadly the slip on one as there is no current full system for the 250r (once again, correct me if I'm wrong), the carbon one is what I'd go for, and I've seen these on ebay for about £250 - £300, is this a good price?

It's also really good mileage, I've read something like 55-75 mpg! that's mad! So I'm planning on keeping this bike until about 22/21 for through uni and stuff.

Does this all sound good and correct? Or is there anything else you guys would reccomend? thankyou to whoever replies Oh and also, what sort of speeds does the bike go with an akrapovic exhaust and what's the acceleration like? Is there also any cosmetic mods you guys have made to make the bike look better? Or anything really that you have done to your bike that makes it better performing/looking/sounding than stock? Thank you once again

**EDIT** I currently own a motorhispania RX50R/Peugeot XR6

Let me first say Welcome to the forum. You have a lot of questions there but you came to the right place. I would suggest taking a look at the DIY threads located here to get a good grip on the things we do to our bikes. I'm sure you will be shocked! GL!
