Attaching a cane to a motorcycle

I hope to start riding soon and I'm gna gimp it up with a cane. Only thing is I'm not so sure how I should go about bringing the cane with me. Hook it on my back pack? Attach to the bike some other way? Any ideas?

Where would I put it though? It seems like my legs would be in the way of it?

I think some how strapping it to your back would be best. Anywhere else seems like a hassle and safety issue.

Would be epic, I'd need kind of a thick pipe because of the tip of the cane dontcha think? Viable option though

Use it for jousting old people on the sidewalk. They would come at you with canes while on their scooters.

Mount a gun rack onto the windscreen. Nobody has the guts to do that anymore!

Fine, attach the gun to the top of the cane, and the magazine to the bottom, easy 18 inches right there.

win win win.

or

you need to think outside the box.

Ive actually seen it done, screw 2 eye hole screws into the cane then use those spring loaded eye holes on the bike to clip into the cane when you are ready to go

A woman I used to ride with walked with a cane. She attached it to the side of the bike (under the leg while riding). She also had handicapped plates for the bike, which got some funny looks from people.

Hmm under the leg huh? Perhaps I can do that. I do really like the idea of those little clips, its just finding a feasible spot for them may be difficult. I'm going to a different doctor today, I'm hoping he will give me a temporary handicap card, would be epic to park in a handicap on a sportbike and then gimp away

sounds like a life alert advert on the end of that.

IMO i think a backpack sheath would be the most badass way of doing it. I can see it now, hoping off the bike in the handicap stall and unsheathe a cane and hobble away.
