True. On another front, I saw that the car guy was going 10 mph under the minimum speed limit. The rider was originally ticketed for passing in no passing zone and it was thrown out for this reason. Basically, it was deemed LEGAL for him to pass on a double yellow because the car guy was going 35 in a 60 zone where the posted minimum was 45.
The speeds were proven by analyzing the video. This changes my impression of the rider's assholery. I would have passed that old man myself.
