I'm old and fat.....

Actually, although part of the above is true, some of it was that the rear shock would actually pack down during longer high speed corners. And since I couldn't adjust ride height, I would have to ride around this issue. Not a big deal, just something I had to adjust for when the bike would stiffen up.

did you know that the specs for the totsubo header look similar to the specs for the pregen header? both specs contain numbers!

Many things effect lean angle. Wheelbase, CG, corner radius, track bank angle, tire adhesion and speed. And it's relatively easy to figure out what you need for clearance Tie down your suspension to full compression. (be very careful, or remove springs) Then with a friend or tie downs, lean the bike over on both sides and see what hits first, and adjust accordingly. You can even strap on an angle gauge to see what you are at.

wow, been way to busy to visit this site...didn't know I was being called out.
but yea got some lean angle. One thing to keep in mind is that lean angle does not mean you are going fast. its better to get the bike up and on the power quicker. you don't want lean angle when you are on the throttle. Its the whole $1 worth of traction keith code style.

Lean angle with eyes closed

yeah lucky shot by cameraman. right boot is worn through slider and sock hangs out. custom made a metal slider that is super noisy to remind him to get proper foot position in the corners.once that was accomplished then bought new boots. they remain unscuffed after 6 races!
