a few shot from the ground one vs the untouch one yet. If you look inside, you’ll see 4?(teeth) towards the inside of the tube. Didn’t see those in the above thread so I’m confused about it. The bushing still rotate but don’t come out?? I ties with PVC on the concrete and the teeth broke the tip of the PVC.

Don't worry about the four teeth. I used a ~1" wooden dowel($4 at hw store) to punch out the bushing after grinding. Check you ID of the tube and buy the largest dowel that will fit.

Thanks Dino, I got it! I use a steel bar that I had laying around. I wrapped it in tape to protect the tube. Really good write up! Made the job easy.

One tidbit I learned since the write up. Before you tighten the cartridge to the lower, reassemble the upper and lower first. Put the cartridge in and hand tighten the bolt. To help center it, put the cap on without the springs.
