Pretty sure wire cutting is needed. All black on website? The only all black one on the site is a VR not a V6r but you want and all black V6R right?

having them powder coat it is free the difference is the type of powder they use may not be is the class of stuff you can get from tim. My vr is powder coated by bram and its not bad. I think is cost me a total of $2 to have it done versus Tim's $25 or so. Ceramic isn't need on the muffler though because the glass packing is the best you can get and the muffler doesn't get hot enough to effect normal powdercoating.

Also new vr design is not available until late august so the two guy who wanted Vr's new price for you on the old style is $235.

Yes shipping address will be taken from paypal. $240 is your cost through paypal. I have a UPS Business account so probably through them but I will check through fed ex and USPS prior to shipping just to make sure.
