2007 Ninja 250 - Fixer Upper/Parts bike - $950 OBO
2007 ninja ex250 -fixer upper/parts bike.
All the parts are there, I stopped riding it awhile back because it needs a valve adjustment and I never got a chance to do it. At this point, it has been sitting in the garage for the last two years due to other priorities (new house and baby), so it will most likely need a new battery and carb cleaning as well. I don't think so, but maybe some of them are turned off by no mirrors on it,buying some mirrors for it might help it out with some of the potential buyers. a cheap thing to do (and yes it was the first thing I noticed on it). The other thing that scares off a lot of people is that its not running, most people are not that mechanically inclined or don't want to wast time on getting it going. wish I could tell you just give it time someone will buy, but I would still do the waiting game for a while and if that don't work and your tired of waiting the first thing I would do is get it running.

$950 sounds like a fair price depending on the number of miles, and if it needs new tires.
I just bought a 2006 of $400, not running for 5 years. It had been down a couple of times. The tank was super clean. I turned it over with a jump box and it had spark. The front tire was shot, but other than that it was ready to go after a carb cleaning. I am doing a Bluecollorbobbers cafe job on it so the cracked fairings helped me get the price down. I am suprised how expensive the fairing are. Good luck with the sale. |

Hold tight. I think that you have it priced right, given the typical work that it needs.
