had to scratch the itch

Been 4 months since last ride and i couldn't take it any longer. Bugged out of work early and went for a spin. Temps in the high 20's to 30ish and no wind. No real snow left on the ground. It was a brisk an exhilarating ride (about 22 miles) around the shores of northern Lake Champlain. It's really weird riding and looking out at the ice fisherman on the lake. Anyway's here's a pic with the frozen lake in the background. Hope it works, my first pic post.

Pic works, but go bunk off work again & take one without your fingers over the lens

Fair play riding in sub zero conditions, I'll commute in them but not go for a sub zero spin

Well Nick you were right we got dumped on with snow. It seems winter is back for a bit anyways.

With regards to "Champ" our legendary lake monster, I've lived most my life in Vermont, the last 15 years in the Champlain Islands and the closest thing i've seen to a monster was a 17lb catfish I caught a few years back.

its crazy, I live in Kelowna, I can play some golf, ride my bike (its still cold, about 1 degree here) and then drive 45 mins up the mountain and shred my snowmobiles in 3 meters of snow lol. So cool.

Thanks Brian. Such a wealth of info here. Bike maintenance and repair info, riding tips, advise on products/product reviews, there's a guy named Jiggles who's teaching me things not to do if I want to keep my bike upright and in one piece, and now I'm even discovering there is health and medical advise from nice folks like Sarah, Jorge, and Alex..

I'm looking forward to being part of the "Ninjette" family. Safe riding everyone.

You are making me jealous!

I'll be taking mine out this next week sometime!

So exited to ride! Need to do my brake pads and valve adjustment too.
