Great find, cadd !!!

Yes, it has been seen before and at higher speeds, mainly to use the suction effect of the rear of the truck.

The situation is a ticking bomb, though: even if the truck does not slam on brakes, the rider will not see coming anything from an uncovered manhole up to a 4x4 laying on the road.
