XK Glow LEDs - Kudos to their customer services

Recently purchased one of their kits from Amazon that has the included remote that allows you to make the leds flash, or dim and rebrighten. Anyway, got them all put on the bike and wired up. Noticed the remote had not affect on the lights. Sent off an email to their support. They responded within minutes, had me try one more thing and then said send the remote and controlling unit back to them, and just email a scan of the postal receipt and they'd send new units back out.

So now I guess while I'm waiting, I can go back in and clean up some of the wiring. The kit doesn't have enough "pretty" connectors in it to keep the wiring tidy. So I'll head to radio shack and pick up some termal strips.

I have a blue 2010 so I opted for the blue LEDs. They do make the bike look pretty good in the dark. I'll post up a pic or 2 when I'm totally done.

So, I'd recommend their product just for the customer service aspect. I know sometimes bad units get into the field.
