They are in the Tampa Florida area, Hudson, I think. anyways, they have an E-bay store as well as a brick n mortar site.
I bought a shock from them for the "guess what you get when" project. They have excellent communication, fast shipping with tracking numbers, the stuff is well packaged. They accidentally sent me the wrong shock. I called them up. They were issued a pick up order for the wrong part. I had the return paperwork e-mailed to me while I was still on the phone. I went ahead and paid for the correct shock to save time. I had the new shock the next day, no freight for $24.00. The ups guy picked up the return package when he delivered the new shock, and I had a refund in my PayPal account in two days. They called me to make sure I got what I wanted. I am a customer FOREVER.
