Using a 250 with no kick stand on the street
My roommate wants to learn to ride. I have a second street ninja for them to ride but I would like to also ride with them. I have all the street stuff for my track ninja but I cutoff the kickstand mount. We'd like to ride to places and have food, etc but my bike has no kickstand, Does any one have any suggestions for holding up the 250 with the kickstand mount removed?

Maybe prop the bike on something solid like a fence or light post?
Maybe use something similar to what MX bikes use? |

yeah put the mx stand in one of those holes on the side of the center of the frame since the axles dont have holes like dirt bikes

I hear an old bicycle frame works as a good kickstand.

Fellas, Fellas... I can't believe any of the people who said "Just throw it on the ground" are Motorcycle owners...... Find a way to prop your baby up and keep her safe.... Sheesh! buy the damn stand....

I want to see that thread again but it doesn't show up in a search for "bicycle frame."

For a few weeks i had no kickstand while my welder was being shipped to me. I just locked the handlebars, left it in gear and leaned it on a building if i went somewhere
Then again it was a tw200 so i didnt care if it fell or somebody stole it |

I'm good, very little soreness. The bike is also good except for some rash and a snapped shift rod. Actually rode it on the street this afternoon. Hope you're doing good and looking forward to racing with you later in the year. Its at the end of this video.
