Novice License earned!

I was building my racebike earlier this year and posting the progress and some on track progress as well, al with the end goal of racing. Well I finally achieved it this year, didn't have much to report race wise this year but I'll post more next year. Racing in the Ninja 250 Cup class racing a 2008 Ninja 250 with Oregon Motorcycle Road Racing Association, one of the AFM groups in the PNW. Anyway, here's a pic of my novice license, hoping to post more on Ninjette.org

Thanks!

That's too bad JacRyann, how does that work for racing with other organizations? Our is useable nationwide and with AFM certified organizations.

Congratulations. I think we've actually met once in 2016. I was one of the corner-workers at Turn 1.

Love OMRRA's Ninja 250 Cup Series. I race Spec Miata with Oregon SCCA at PIR. There are a lot of similarities between the Ninja 250 Cup Series and Spec Miata. In fact, that is the entire reason I bought a Ninja 250.

Still corner-working so will see you out there next season. Don't make me have to run out and pick-up your bike!

Track-day providers and other race orgs have to check AFM website for list of registered racers. I missed half a season because someone didn't put my name up on list...

Awwwww yeah. Finally someone who gets that connection! I like the Miata for my love of Ninja 250s lol. I'm actually trying to get it track ready, and want to do track days and racing in it. We should meet up sometime, maybe you can help me get on track with it. Message me when you get a chance.

Jac, that just seems so tedious and over complicated. Plus its nice having something to physically show when you go race elsewhere.

Totally. Did my first motorcycle track day last Labor Day and plan on many more next Summer, so I'll be looking for tips too.
