Bell Let's Talk
Hi, today is #BellLetsTalk (if you have twitter you might wanna check this hashtag out)
As we probably all know, SCARY numbers of people struggle with mental health issues. Be it major depression, PTSD, traumatic brain injuries, suicidal thoughts and more. Point of this thread is to say that if anyone here is struggling with mental health issues, you're not alone, it gets better. Make sure to talk and be there for loved ones or people you know who suffer from it. Hope it's okay to share this video.
